The mentioned starting price is for the first tier up to 50 rentable units. Contact us for pricing of all tiers.

Through My Portal you can offer a login to tenants and service providers with your own logo and under your own domain name (white-label).
For property managers, My Portal is also offered to the owners for whom the property is managed; external owners.
Are you an owner / investor? Then this option is not relevant, you have direct full access to all data through Rently.

The software is suitable for managing all types of real estate:
- Residential properties, self-contained housing and non-self-contained housing/rooms
- Commercial real estate subject to or exempt from VAT
- Flexible housing with optional certification
- Other properties such as parking spaces
Business and personal bank accounts from virtually all Dutch and Belgian banks can be connected, including Rabobank, ING, ABN Amro, Knab, Bunq, BNG Bank, BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC and Belfius. Other banks in the EU, such as Revolut, can also be connected.
After an account is connected, bank transactions are automatically loaded multiple times a day and can also be updated in real-time.
